Sharon Harrison-Pope

Sharon Harrison-Pope recently retired from a 30 year career in a local sheriff’s office where she worked in a variety of roles, including Reentry Coordinator.

A native of Tennessee, Sharon has lived the majority of her life in North Carolina. Sharon worked for more than three decades with a large sheriff’s office. During the last three years of her career, she worked on the development of a Reentry Program with a committed team. Within the field of Reentry, she was able to witness firsthand the amazing journey of those committed to self-transformation. Sharon’s academic and professional career centered around the field of criminal justice. However her true passion centers around helping others. Sharon’s strength lies in the ability to see the ‘big picture’ . . . to pick apart processes and connect logical sequences. Sharon has been a successful grant writer for more than twenty years and has served clients across the United States.

Sharon is married with two daughters and one grandson. She lives with her husband and rescue dogs in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
